Digital Masterpieces is committed to safeguarding your privacy. In the following, we will briefly outline how your private data, such as photos, are locally processed on your device and what anonymous data we collect in order to improve our apps for you.

Image Data Collection and Storage

(a) We use Apple’s Camera APIs and Photo APIs to capture, load and store images locally on your device. Thus, your private data never leaves the device and is perfectly save. Digital Masterpieces does not analyze or collect any private or image related data on your device, nor does Digital Masterpieces send any of this data to webservers.

(b) Printing Service – CanvasPop
We offer the possibility to print your image on a canvas. The printing service is offered by CanvasPop, including the handling of the data transfer, payment and shipping. Please refer to their Terms of Use for additional information.

(c) Printing Service – MyPostcard
We offer the possibility to print your image on postcards. The printing service is offered by MyPostcard, including the handling of the data transfer, payment and shipping. Please refer to their Privacy Policy for additional information.

(d) Third-Party Services
Using Apple’s Share Extension, you are able to share your image with social networks, messenger services and other Third-Party-Services that are not a part of the functionality and services provided by Digital Masterpieces. Using these services, and thus sharing private images, is not in the scope of this privacy policy.
